First, I love the restaurant. Not only for catering but just getting a great sandwich for lunch. I’ve gone for years and will keep going. That said, the app has questionable value. All it does is take you to the website. It doesn’t even log you in! You have to remember to click on the little guy in the corner and enter your username and password to actually get points or take advantage of rewards. There is also no way to add in a purchase after the fact, so if you forget too bad so sad. Not a good user experience. As an aside, why have a different log in than Trolly House? No stars deducted for that, but I use both so it would have been nice.
