1deWay brings your company's work into one app. From leave and expenses to tasks, projects and meeting notes, you handle the working day from your phone. You sign in with the company code and account details your HR department gives you.

NOTE: This app is not available for individual use. Only employees of companies with a 1deWay agreement can sign in, using their company's unique code.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Leave Request time off, see your remaining balance, follow every step of the approval.

• Clock in and out Use location check or a QR code; review your daily, weekly and monthly hours.

• Expenses Attach a photo of the receipt, then track approval and payment.

• Payslips Open your monthly payslip, see gross, net and every deduction, download it as a PDF.

• Tasks and projects See what is assigned to you, update its status, follow progress on the project board.

• Meeting notes Record a meeting and get the transcript, a summary and the action items.

• Shift schedule Check your shifts and get a notification the moment they change.

• Announcements and chat Follow company announcements and message your team inside the app.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS/SSL. • Each company's data is fully isolated from every other company's. • Location is read only when you clock in or out, with your permission — never tracked in the background. • Compliant with Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). • Attendance records are sealed with a cryptographic timestamp so they cannot be altered.
