HB Access

HB Access app is your key to the City of Harrisonburg’s Department of Public Transportation’s paratransit service: HB Access! Ready for use by passengers who are approved to use the HB Access service, it allows you to make a reservation to ride in just a few quick and easy steps.

Approved and ready to book a ride? Here’s how: -Use the HB Access app to book a ride from any address in their service area -Be ready to leave at the time your vehicle arrives -Share your ride with others -Go where you want to go

Rides must be requested at least the day before you need to go somewhere. When scheduling a ride, HB Access will work with you to find the best time that fits your schedule and our own!

Not traveling alone? Make sure to let us know who is coming along with you. We will ask about mobility-related accommodations you might need, so be sure to tell us!
