Hello?!? I am a busy, hardworking person who just wanted a simple, reliable app to help me get fit, and this OptiGym is an absolute COMPLETE DISASTER from the moment I opened it! It is full of bugs — workouts crashing constantly, progress tracking that never works, and now the so-called “AI” doesn’t even save my workouts!! I do the exercises, put in all my effort, and poof — nothing saves!! All my hard work disappears like it never happened!! What kind of broken, amateur app is this in 2026?! On top of that, the app is NOT INTUITIVE AT ALL!! Nothing is easy to find, the buttons don’t make sense, and I had to guess what to do every single step. It’s confusing, frustrating, and clearly not designed for normal people like me!! But the WORST part — and I am still shaking — this horrible app had the absolute AUDACITY to fat-shame me with cruel, offensive comments about my body and my goals!!! How DARE you speak to customers like that?! I expect RESPECT, not to be insulted and body-shamed by some glitchy little program!! That kind of toxic negativity is DISGUSTING and has NO PLACE in any fitness app!!! The interface might look okay at first, but don’t be fooled — it’s buggy, rude, confusing, and completely useless. I deleted this trash immediately and will NEVER be using it again. Developer (yes, I’m talking directly to you, Punith Meka), you need to FIX THESE SERIOUS ISSUES RIGHT NOW — make the AI actually save workouts, make the whole thing intuitive and user-friendly, remove that offensive fat-shaming nonsense, and issue a public apology to every single user you’ve hurt with this mess!!! I am warning ALL my friends, family, and anyone who will listen — STAY FAR AWAY from OptiGym unless you enjoy being insulted, frustrated, and having all your hard work disappear!! I am seriously considering contacting Apple, leaving reviews everywhere, and telling everyone I know until this garbage is fixed. We deserve BETTER!! Do BETTER immediately!!!
