Post-merger reviews are largely negative. The top recurring issues are broken search, loss of saved content and library, a frustrating redesign, removal/degradation of features (downloads, bookmarks, links), and reduced content availability. Users question value for money and report poor support.

Recent reviews

I used to enjoy this app, but since the update and possible new ownership, it’s been terrible. First, my original information in the app has been wiped and reset. Second, I haven’t been able to log in to my correct account since the recent update. Worse, when I ask for help, I receive responses in another language. Third, because I can't access my account, I haven’t used the app at all, yet today I received a bill. Scam central! This new company doesn’t seem to care enough about its customers to even send support information in the right language. BEWARE!!

Where all magazines were automatically downloaded in previous versions, the latest version either doesn’t or doesn’t complete the auto downloads. Disappointing.
