Bliv is a Canada-focused rental discovery and connection platform designed to help renters and property listers find and connect with each other more easily.

Bliv allows users to browse rental listings, post available properties or shared accommodations, and communicate directly with each other through in-app messaging. The platform is built to simplify the rental search experience by presenting listings in a structured, consistent format, helping users quickly understand key details such as location, rent, availability, and property features.

Bliv does not own, manage, inspect, or verify any properties listed on the platform. Bliv does not act as a broker, agent, or property manager, and does not participate in lease agreements or financial transactions. All communications, agreements, and payments occur directly between users outside the platform.

Bliv is free to use and does not process rent payments, deposits, or fees. The app is intended as a discovery and communication tool only.
