PRIVATE, FOR REAL Everything happens on your iPhone. Your voice is never uploaded to be transcribed — no internet connection is needed to record, transcribe, or format a note. There's no account to create, and no company server holding your thoughts. Notes leave your phone only when you tell Rapture where to send them. For the technically minded: speech-to-text runs on the Apple Neural Engine and formatting runs on a local AI model, fully offline.

ONE PURCHASE, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION A single one-time purchase turns on automatic delivery: your Mac (with the free Rapture for Mac app), Google Drive, iCloud Drive, Slack, Discord, Google Tasks, and Notion. Smart routing sends the right kind of note to the right place, and if a send ever fails, one tap retries it.

One thing to know: Rapture needs about 1.4 GB of speech and formatting models. On iOS 26 they arrive with the App Store install — nothing to wait for. On earlier iOS versions they download once on first launch (Wi-Fi recommended). Either way, no connection is needed to capture afterward.
