This app is literally just a buggy copy of skinsort??

ok so I have to talk about Dewytime because it has genuinely changed my skin and my brain about skincare in general. for context, I have sensitive acne-prone skin and I had been in a bad cycle for like a year buying every viral product on TikTok, breaking out, panic-buying something else, breaking out again. classic. by spring this year I had cystic acne along my jaw, dark spots from old breakouts that refused to fade, and a bathroom shelf that looked like a Sephora liquidation sale.
I downloaded Dewytime kind of as a last resort and now I genuinely cannot shut up about it. the first thing I did was scan the products I was already using, and it immediately flagged that three of them had fragrance ingredients my skin was reacting to. THREE. I had no idea. I cut those out, swapped in the gentler stuff Dewytime suggested, and within two weeks the redness on my cheeks chilled out for the first time in forever.
the K-beauty stuff is what made me actually stay. I had heard about snail mucin and centella for years but had no clue how to actually use them. Dewytime literally built me a full morning and night routine, told me what order to layer everything, and explained why each step was there in a way that didn't feel like a lecture. it also figured out that my real issue was hyperpigmentation and barrier damage, not active acne like I thought. three months in my dark spots are noticeably lighter and my skin actually feels hydrated instead of that weird tight-but-also-greasy thing it was doing before.
the routine tracker is lowkey my favorite part. I'm someone who needs to see progress or I'll fall off, and being able to log my routine and scroll through weekly progress photos has kept me consistent in a way nothing else has. also obsessed that it remembered I have sensitive skin and steered me toward bakuchiol instead of retinol, which I never would've found on my own.
honestly what I love most is that it doesn't talk down to you. so much skincare content online is either fearmongering ("this ingredient is destroying your skin!!") or weirdly preachy. Dewytime feels like that one friend who's actually read the back of every bottle and just wants to help you figure it out. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you've been burned by trends and just want skin that feels good again.
