A life, measured in weeks
Version 1.8 redraws the whole app: three ways to read your life grid, a new setting throughout, and a WEEKS view you can flip back through, year by year.
You get about four thousand weeks. This is all of them on one screen.
Every square is one week of your life. The ones behind you are filled in, colored by what you were doing at the time. The one you are in right now is marked. Everything after it is empty and waiting.
Your Life Weekly is not a productivity app. Nothing in it will make you faster. It's an instrument for one measurement: how much of your life has gone, how much is left. And it's unsentimental about the answer.
The Canvas
Your whole life as a grid, at three different ranges.
"Decades" gives you eight tiles and an argument: what your twenties actually were, what your thirties are turning into.
"Years" is a wall. Every week you will ever get, one row per year, with this week lit.
"Weeks" is close enough to read. Fifty-two numbered squares, everything you filed against them printed underneath, and every year of your life stacked behind it — flip back through them one at a time.
Pinch to move between the three.
The Log
Chapters, memories and goals, filed by date. A chapter is a stretch of your life with a name: a school, a job, a city, an illness, a marriage. A memory is a single week worth keeping. A goal is a week you are aiming at. Sixteen categories across six domains — learning, work, people, place, body, making — and the grid colors itself from what you put in.
Figures
Days lived. Weeks remaining. Percentage spent. How full each decade of your life has been, drawn as a bar chart of your own record. The numbers are not encouraging and they are not meant to be.
The Almanac
Two hundred and five passages on time, mortality and how to spend the former — Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Annie Dillard, Mary Oliver and others — each with a short reading of what it is actually saying. Filter by author, save the ones that land, share them as a card.

What's it cost
Everything that measures your life is free. No ads, no subscription, no feature that stops working after a trial. One optional purchase — once, not monthly — unlocks widgets, alternate app icons and a public profile, and funds an independent developer.
Privacy
Your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it. You can export all of it, in a format you can open and read yourself.
