Membrane Health Share helps you share selected Apple Health summaries with a healthcare professional using QR codes.

What you can share A time-windowed packet of daily health summaries (up to the last 28 days, depending on available data), such as sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, activity energy, and related daily metrics.

How sharing works Generate a QR code in the app and share it by text, email, or screenshot. A compatible professional workflow can scan the QR to retrieve and decrypt the shared packet.

Privacy & security by design End-to-end encryption (AES-256-GCM). The decryption key is embedded in the QR code and is not uploaded with the encrypted data. Share codes are time-limited (default expiry: 72 hours).
