ROLES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Nurra supports role-based family access for parents, co-parents, adults, children, service workers, observers, and pet profiles. Parents and guardians manage child access and sensitive family functionality.

ROUTINES & REWARDS Create routines, assign responsibilities, follow progress, and use rewards to encourage positive habits and participation.

SCHOOL & COMMUNICATION Organize school-related information and use family communication tools to stay connected within your private family environment.

HEALTH Store and organize family-entered health information such as medications, allergies, vaccinations, appointments, and medication schedules. Nurra is not a healthcare provider and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

FAMILY SAFETY & LOCATION Authorized parents can use Family Safety & Location features to request a child’s current location and use parent-defined Safe Places when device permissions are enabled. Children can use supported family safety requests and information flows.

Location permissions remain under the control of the user and iOS.

Nurra does not provide police, ambulance, fire, 112, 911, emergency dispatch, or emergency response services.

PRIVACY Nurra includes in-app privacy controls, including optional first-party Product Analytics settings. Adult users can also initiate account deletion directly from within the app.

SUBSCRIPTIONS Nurra offers Free, Premium, and Family+ access levels. Premium and Family+ are available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions with additional features and higher family limits.

Purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. Restore Purchases is available from the subscription management area. Nurra does not directly collect or process payment-card information.
