However, I don't like the style in which it is written; something about it just feels uncanny, like ChatGPT. Too many em-dashes, way too many periods (does anybody know what a semicolon is?); it's alright in itself, but I really feel like corporate AI has influenced this directly or indirectly in a very major way. My ears, after all these years of torment by that bot, just shrivel up and fall off whenever anything has the intonations of ChatGPT.
The underlying and more fundamental message, that every religion taught the same thing, I can wholly agree with; but there doesn't necessarily seem to be a reason that there are specifically "five" truths that every religion discovered. I should think, all of these truths are resultant of the greater and ultimate truth of the divinity of love; are they really so separate, if all things are the same, one thing?
Like I said, it's alright, and will give you decent study material, but it might focus a bit too much in the wrong places, might just be a little bit influenced by actors that generally I would regard as untrustworthy (AI), and also might introduce complex topics too quick for most people to actually conceive of their intended meanings. You would be surprised how much the meditation on very simple things can benefit the later attempts to understand complex things.

What makes Awaken stand out for me is how it explores the overlap between different religions and philosophical traditions without pushing any single belief system. It draws connections between teachings in a way that feels thoughtful and respectful, showing how similar themes show up across cultures — awareness, compassion, ego, suffering, growth.
I’ve always been curious about how different traditions approach the same core human questions, and this app presents those ideas side by side in a way that’s easy to understand and actually applicable to daily life. It doesn’t feel preachy or abstract. It feels practical.
The guidance is grounded, the sessions are well structured, and the insights feel universal rather than ideological. It’s helped me see common threads across traditions and apply those lessons in a modern, realistic way.
If you’re interested in personal growth but don’t want something tied to one doctrine, this strikes a really good balance.
