HOW IT WORKS

Connect your Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar and Gather syncs your availability in the background. When you want to make a plan, pick your friends, choose a date or range of dates, and Gather shows every time slot where people are free. Pick a time, add a title and location, and the event is created with invitations sent automatically.

AVAILABILITY

Gather compares everyone's calendars and displays mutual free time in a visual layout. You can see at a glance whether everyone is free, who has a conflict, and which times are wide open. Filter by morning, afternoon, or evening. Set a duration. Exclude early mornings or late nights. Everything updates in real time.

PRIVACY

Friends only see when you're free or busy — never your event names, descriptions, or any other details. Gather stores availability only. Your calendar stays yours. Contact search is just as careful: your contacts are checked for matches and never stored.

BLOCKED WINDOWS

Have times that are always off-limits? Block them — work hours, Sunday mornings, whatever — and Gather will mark you as busy during those windows even if your calendar is clear.

GROUPS

Organize friends into groups (roommates, coworkers, your usual crew) and select everyone with a single tap when making plans.

EVENTS

Your home screen shows upcoming events organized by Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Later. Tap any event to see details, RSVP with one tap (Yes, No, or Maybe), or propose an alternative time if the original doesn't work.

LOCATIONS

Search for places and attach a location to any event. A map preview appears on the event detail page so everyone knows where to go.

NOTIFICATIONS

Get notified when someone invites you to an event, when an event is updated, or when you receive a friend request. You choose which notifications you want.

CALENDAR SYNC

Automatically export events from Gather to your preferred calendar and keep them in sync — so your plans live alongside everything else on your schedule.

ADDING FRIENDS

Add your phone number and friends who have you in their contacts can find you instantly. Check your own contacts to see who's already on Gather, and invite the rest with a text — sent from your phone, on your terms. Prefer to stay off the grid? Every account has a unique code you can share instead. Gather never stores your contacts and never messages anyone for you.
