got the free trial, and yes, i know I’m to blame for not canceling it in time, but my subscription somehow didn’t go to apple, which i usually check for monthly subscriptions. fast forward, i get charged $40 for this app, and mind you, there’s barely anything on here, so paying $40 feels pointless. that’s roughly 3 hours of work, and I don’t think i even spent that long on the app due to lack of content. i’ve been emailing support everyday since i got charged with an invoice and my issue, and i’ve been ignored ever since. it doesn’t help that the end of the email is “.ai” … moral of the story, not worth it. there’s not even that many patterns because people post on etsy and youtube.
