Choose your genre. Hit generate. A fresh solo plays over a backing track. Your job is to listen, absorb, and figure it out by ear.

THE GENERATOR

• 5 genres: rock, blues, jazz, metal, funk
• 30 second solos with full backing tracks
• A-B looping to isolate and repeat any section
• Speed control with pitch preservation. Slow it down without changing pitch
• A new solo every time. Every session different

THE TOOLKIT

• Recorder. Capture a phrase you want to work out, or a take of your own playing. Loop it, slow it down, shed it the same way you would a generated solo.
• Ear tuner. Digital reference tones for standard, flat standard, drop D, DADGAD and more. No needle, no meter. Tune by ear.
• Metronome. Set the tempo and lock in.

The recorder, ear tuner, and metronome are free. A subscription unlocks the solo generator.
