Telemedicina

Telemedicine is the official state telemedicine application under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic (MZČR), operated by the University Hospital Olomouc (FNOL). It lets you keep an overview of your care, communicate securely with your healthcare team, and share health data remotely. What the app offers

• Booking and overview of appointments (depending on the facility's involvement).
• Care-related requests and tracking of their processing status.
• Video consultations with a healthcare professional.
• Care plan and tasks with reminders and completion confirmation.
• Notifications (e.g. for measurements, tasks, or a healthcare professional's response).
• Home measurements and remote monitoring – an overview of values measured by connected external devices and their sharing with healthcare professionals (requires a compatible device).
• Connection to devices and sensors (depending on program enrolment, requires the relevant external device): e.g. blood pressure monitor, scale, ECG device, continuous glucose monitoring sensor, spirometer, and other compatible devices.
• Health documentation clearly in one place (depending on the availability of connected sources).
• Web Patient Portal – the same overview and functions in a browser on a computer. Sign-in and security
• Access is based on a state-guaranteed identity (Citizen Identity / NIA).
• The service is designed as a centrally operated and secure telemedicine solution. Available functions may vary depending on which telemedicine program the user is enrolled in and which services a specific healthcare facility has activated.

Some features (home measurements and remote monitoring) require an external compatible device – e.g. a blood pressure monitor, scale, ECG device, continuous glucose monitoring sensor, or spirometer. Without these devices the relevant features are not available; the app does not perform these measurements on its own and serves only to display and share values measured by the connected device.

Telemedicine is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app does not replace professional medical care – always consult your physician or another healthcare professional regarding diagnosis, treatment, and your health condition.
