TELEMEDICINE is the official state telemedicine application under the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic (MoH CR), operated by the University Hospital Olomouc (FNOL). It allows users to keep track of their care, securely communicate with their healthcare team, and share health data remotely.

What the app offers: • Scheduling and overview of appointments (depending on the participating facility). • Care-related requests and tracking their status. • Video consultations with healthcare professionals. • Care plans and tasks with reminders and completion confirmation. • Notifications (e.g., for measurements, tasks, or responses from healthcare professionals). • Home measurements and remote monitoring – overview of recorded values and sharing them with healthcare providers. • Integration with devices and sensors (depending on program enrollment): e.g., blood pressure monitor, scale, ECG device, continuous glucose monitoring sensor, spirometer, and other compatible devices. • Health records neatly organized in one place (depending on connected sources). • Patient Web Portal – the same overview and functions available in a web browser on a computer. Login and Security: • Access is based on a state-guaranteed identity (Citizen Identity / NIA). • The service is designed as a centrally operated and secure solution for telemedicine.
