Faculty App is for teachers and staff who use your institution’s ERP. Sign in with your school account to manage day‑to‑day tasks from your phone.

Attendance & check‑in Punch in and out, complete check‑in flows, and use face verification when your school requires it for attendance.

Your work, in one place Use the dashboard and connected features your institution enables—such as schedules, notices, class tools, and other modules configured for your role.

Live location (only when your school uses it) If your institution turns on live presence, the app may ask for location access while you are checked in (punched in) so your school can receive periodic location updates for attendance and on‑site presence. You can use the app with location only while the app is open, or allow background updates if your school requires it—you can change this in Settings. Location sharing stops when you punch out (or when you stop sharing, per your school’s setup).

Privacy Location is used for the purposes above when enabled by your school—not for advertising. A privacy policy from your institution or app provider should describe how data is handled.
