Capstone Ready helps electrical apprentices keep workplace profiling, learning, evidence, and readiness records together as they move through their apprenticeship. Learners can view lessons published from the Sparky's Ready learning portal, prepare profile cards, collect evidence, track readiness, export portfolios, and request employer or approver sign-off.

The app is learner-first. Employer, approver, admin, and RTO workflows exist to support apprentice evidence review and are controlled by invite, role, expiry, and audit checks. Apprentices can use the app across one or many employers while they have a job and complete their profiling requirements.
