Krahasso is the mobile companion for drying and restoration companies. Built for field technicians and project managers, the app brings order to a workday full of parallel projects, lots of equipment, and paper-based drying logs. Everything is bundled into one reliable workflow — even when there's no signal in the basement.

The office works in parallel in the Krahasso web app for planning and dashboards, while this mobile app is made for the people on site.

What Krahasso can do

Equipment always in view: Find equipment by serial or inventory number, see its location and availability, assign equipment to projects or hand it over to technicians or external recipients, and record starting kWh readings in seconds. Returns right on site: Complete a return at the job site, record the final kWh reading, add notes — consumption is calculated automatically. Paperless drying protocols: Define measurement points per project (floor, wall, ceiling) and document moisture readings, units, photos, and notes on every visit. When a project is completed, a full drying-protocol PDF is generated automatically — ready for the insurer. Live availability: Before you commit, check how many units of an equipment model are available on a future date. Maps & navigation: View projects on the map, grab the address, and open it directly in Apple Maps or Google Maps. AI assistant: Ask questions in natural language (by text or voice message), e.g. "Which projects are overdue?" or "How many model-M dehumidifiers are free next Tuesday?". For multi-step actions, you always get a summary and a confirmation before anything is executed. Marketplace & subcontractors (for accounts with the module): Manage your subcontractors in one place — review and keep their compliance documents up to date, handle bidding subcontractors, and organize and selectively share project documents. Push notifications: Real-time alerts for new assignments, allocations, and project activations. Offline-first: Every screen works without a connection. Krahasso is a B2B app for drying and restoration companies handling insurance and private jobs. Accounts are created by the company's Krahasso administrator and require a business email. Krahasso is also available as a web app for dispatching and management: planning, availability calendar, project history, live dashboards (utilization, average drying time, overdue projects, kWh consumption), and team management. The mobile app and web app stay in sync in real time — whatever is captured on site is immediately visible in dispatch.

Privacy

Krahasso only collects data necessary for operation: work profile, photos and measurements, location (when using the project map), and voice messages to the AI assistant. There is no advertising and no sharing with advertising partners.
