It's impossible to finish Level 111 and I have submitted two emails to tech-support with no response. I finish all the bobbins and there are still a ton of pink and blue squares left over with no bobbins to get rid of them. 6/23/26 I received a response that "this sounds like a glitch and not difficulty". I was told to submit an email with my device information, screenshots, etc., which I had already done as stated above. Not too sure they have an actual human responding to our issues. Smh

I really enjoyed this game. Like others say, there are some glitches or bugs. If I fail a level, I have to go back to the home menu and then reclick the level. Otherwise I don’t get the correct boxes. I was really upset when this happened and I spent coins to keep playing and it just froze and lost my coins. I also had a good experience until I came to Level 376. This level is IMPOSSIBLE unless you buy coins. It truly is. I have been stuck on it for too long. I will put money into games I enjoy, but i definitely won’t if I feel like I *have* to in order to pass levels. UPDATE: I have tried emailing support through the app support button but have received no response. :/
