Minute It is free to download. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock (not a subscription). Prices appear in the In-App Purchases section of this page, in your local currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
