CICO is a private business-to-business (B2B) platform designed exclusively for authorized distributors, sales representatives, and registered reward users. The app streamlines distribution operations while enabling cashback and voucher-based reward programs.

Authorized distributors can securely access the product catalog, view business-specific pricing, place bulk orders, and track order history. All distributor accounts are approved and managed directly by the company.

Sales representatives use the app to manage distributor visits, create and process orders, and support field sales operations efficiently. Sales accounts are issued internally and cannot self-register.

Individual / Retailer users can register in the app to participate in reward programs. They can upload eligible invoice bills to receive cashback benefits, scan company-issued vouchers to earn reward points, and manage their wallet balance and transaction history. Individual users cannot purchase products within the app.

CICO is not a public shopping platform. Access to product listings and pricing is restricted to authorized business accounts due to the confidential nature of B2B operations.

The app ensures secure access, controlled account management, and a streamlined experience for business partners and reward participants.
