Complete a session and receive a TierScore Workout Rating across volume, coverage, intensity and progression, along with insight into which muscle groups have the greatest potential to improve your next scan.

NUTRITION WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK Photograph a meal and get an estimate of its calories and macros added to your day. Each meal receives its own rating, helping you understand how it contributes towards your goals.

TRAIN WITH YOUR FRIENDS Add friends and compare TierScores side by side. Climb the global leaderboard, filter by age and gender for more relevant comparisons, and turn any scan into a transparent sticker ready to share.

FREE AND PRO TIER1 is free to use. Physique scans, training programs, nutrition logging and leaderboards are all included. TIER1 Pro unlocks deeper physique analysis, camera meal scanning and training programs built around your own scan results. Every TierScore is generated within TIER1 using the same scoring system, making your progress comparable over time and across the TIER1 community. Find out where you stand. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
