eCityBus UP is a mobile application designed to make city bus travel easier, faster, and more convenient. With this app, users can book digital tickets, renew passes, track buses in real time, and access emergency support features.

DIGITAL TICKETING AND PASSES

Book digital M-Tickets quickly and travel without cash or paper. Purchase or renew M-Passes for different categories such as daily, student, senior citizen, or general. Upload valid ID proofs (such as Aadhaar or student card) if required for verification. All your tickets and passes are saved securely in your account for easy access anytime.

LIVE BUS TRACKING AND ETA

Track your bus live on the map using GPS-based tracking. View Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to plan your journey and reduce waiting time. Note: Tracking accuracy may depend on GPS signal and network availability.

QR-BASED TICKET VALIDATION

Each digital ticket or pass includes a dynamic encrypted QR code. Show your active ticket or pass to the conductor for QR scanning through the ticketing device. This helps enable faster and paperless ticket verification.

SOS EMERGENCY SUPPORT

In case of emergency during your journey, you can tap the SOS button. Your location may be shared with the support team to help provide quick assistance.
