IECEP OnePass

IECEP OnePass is the official mobile companion for events run under the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP). It connects administrators, registered participants, and sponsors/exhibitors to a single QR-based flow for check-in, verification, and on-site coordination—so conferences and chapter activities run smoothly from arrival to wrap-up.

For event administrators • Monitor verification activity from a clear dashboard. • Scan participant QR codes with the camera for fast, accurate check-in. • Browse and search participant lists with filters to support on-site support and reporting. • Stay aligned with scheduled events and operational tasks from the admin experience.

For participants • Sign in with your IECEP OnePass account and open your personal QR code when staff need to verify attendance or access. • Follow event information and updates relevant to your registration. • Manage your profile so your details stay current for organizers.

For sponsors and exhibitors • Use exhibitor-oriented tools aligned with booth operations: visitor insights, scanner workflows, and your sponsor/exhibitor QR where applicable. • Review visitors and leads to support follow-up after the event. (In this system, sponsor and exhibitor refer to the same role; labels in the app may say “Exhibitor” while the backend may use “Sponsor.”)

Permissions The app may request Camera access to scan QR codes for verification and attendance. It may request Photo Library access where you choose or save images (for example profile or shared assets), consistent with on-screen prompts.

Requirements IECEP OnePass requires a network connection and a valid account issued or approved through IECEP’s registration process. Features available to you depend on your role (administrator, participant, or exhibitor/sponsor) and the events you are associated with.
