Note.md is a focused reader and editor for opening Markdown and text, following their structure, and refining them when needed. No account is required. Document content is not sent to an external analysis service; files stay centered on your device and the Files locations you choose.

YOUR DATA Documents stay on your device or in the Files locations you choose. Media selected in the system Photos picker is copied into a folder beside the Markdown file, named after the document with an -assets suffix, and inserted using a relative link. Recordings, transcripts, and document notes stay on your device. Remote images, web videos such as YouTube, and thumbnails are not loaded automatically; an explicit tap opens a web-video link in an external app or Safari. Back up each document together with its adjacent assets folder.
