Bayshore Patient Sync helps patients and caregivers stay organized and supported while participating in a specialty medication program. After secure sign-in with your program credentials and verification code, you can quickly access the key details you need-without hunting through emails or paperwork. With Patient Sync you can:

• View your programs and key milestones like treatment start date and next treatment date.
• Track deliveries with anticipated delivery timing and tracking ID (when available).
• See your Single Point of Contact and reach them easily when you need support.
• Access program resources such as educational materials and documents.
• Review upcoming appointments (clinic or in-home), including date/time, location, and visit type.
• Check prescription status, including medication details and renewals remaining (when available).
• Answer adherence questions to support your care team in understanding how your therapy is going.
• Customize notifications (messages, appointment reminders, email and/or SMS alerts).
• Contact support by phone or email if you need help. Pharmacy Information (eligible patients only): Pharmacy features are available only to Bayshore Pharmacy patients, with instructions in-app for those who want to enroll. Important notes:
