Balletic Athletic

Balletic Athletic is a movement practice studio in Los Angeles for serious athletes and anyone with a history of movement who wants something deeper than what traditional fitness offers.

We believe in working in, not working out. Our classes draw from dance-based training methods to build the kind of strength, mobility, and body awareness that athletes at every level are seeking. This is intentional, meditative, science-informed movement for people who appreciate both rigor and restraint. No hype, no loud music, no performance pressure — just focused work in a beautifully designed space.

CLASSES

Gyrokinesis® — A movement method that works the entire body through rhythmic, flowing sequences. Joints are mobilized, muscles are stretched and strengthened, and the nervous system is stimulated. No machines, no impact, profound results.

Base Range — Our foundational movement class exploring the full range of human motion. Suitable for all levels, demanding for all bodies. This is where the work begins.

Myofascial Mobility — Focused work on the fascial system, the connective tissue that shapes how you move. Includes specialized attention to the feet — the foundation of all athletic movement.
