Fantastic game! But listen too much to people complaining. Great games are made from a small group of developers. If the listen too much the shallow hecklers the game suffers. That’s the tail of this game. At first it was a game of chess As you start the battle the ai wouldn’t show its hand till the later rounds. You would need to hold out, just in case the ai chose Ninjas. If they did you would hope to get wizards so you could take them out before they wiped out your army. Yes the “random” cards were annoying at times. But as a player there was some type of structure. After the update for the sake of Johnny who is 12 but really loud the game was dunned down. The proper fix would have been a better tutorial that slowly weaved in the complexity. Or intentionally introducing the concept of build order and army types and how to counter. This all could have been done as text on the character bio or by intentionally throwing a bone to the user by making sure the card they need to counter a given character is given to the player after they lose a battle due to Ninjas. Devs stick with your gut…. Don’t let the players sway you from your core design. Feedback is good, but it shouldn’t change the core play loop. Unless you’re Fortnite.. You have the bones of a fantastic game, hopefully you can hang onto to it long enough for hecklers like 12 year old Johnny to figure it out. Thank you for the over 28 hours I have played so far.. -Johnny’s Dad

draft legion lets start off with where im at in game. im on level 41 endless arena I. just got done with the mountain chapter so i thought this would be a good review point. i should also mention that all my troops are level 1 except my archer! they are level 2. i havent reached a point yet where i feel that i need to level up yet. i love this game, its a neat game idea with a really addictive gameplay loop. the game isnt interrupted by ads and i very much love that. it doesnt take away from the fun so i hope you dont ever change that. so to counter support this, i do wonder if leveling would be more vital if the “troop groups allowed on field “ were limited down to 3 choices and the 4th taken away put behind a “watch an ad to unlock this troop group slot sorta thing” then a ad removal package for $4.99 to remove this. and MOST IMPORTANTLY a settings option to disable the 4th troop group slot to let players choose if they want to keep it challenging. id like to support the game but not through the current valued store… i dont feel like 1 good chest should be 20$ of gems but to each their own. troops! PLAYERS! dont read past this if you want to learn about the game strats for yourself!! troops! there are a good amount of troops already available to unlock and each do great but the best troops are the common troops easily. the best from greatest to least effective would be ballista, archer, assassin, arcanist, and then the rest are pretty much in collection order tied with eachother. ballista is so extremely strong with its heavy damage (love the smoke vfx btw) its also the furthest lane back, it also deals Area of effect (aoe) damage and knockback! assassins are the perfect counter to ballista but archers can easily counter the counter archers are extremely powerful if you let them have they own space, perfect clean up crew, which ballista will make sure they can do. knights and assassins are also perfect break up group choices. the whole game is a “this counters this, counters this, and this counters this, which i really enjoy. the extra troop choices are fun to experiment with. as for the worst troops.. idk probably warrior or wraith buster, wraith buster cant even do what its description says until it hits level 5 which i think is kinda.. ineffectual. its damage range is also poor along with its lane, with it being crown control youd think it would be the vanguard. not to mention the damage isnt the best. i think this concludes my ramble-jamble review, awesome fun game, love the idea of it, hope you experiment more with the game, and it gets the love it deserves.
