Every day, just tap one button to confirm you're okay. That's it. If you don't check in for 48 hours, the app automatically sends an SMS alert to your chosen emergency contact so they can check on you.

And if something happens right now? Tap the Emergency Alert button and your contact gets texted instantly. No other check-in app gives you that.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign up and add your emergency contact's name and phone number.
2. Each day, open the app and tap "I'm Alive."
3. If you miss your check-in, we'll remind you with push notifications at 24 and 40 hours.
4. After 48 hours with no check-in, your emergency contact receives an SMS alert.
5. You can pause monitoring anytime in Settings and resume when you're ready.
6. Need help now? Tap the Emergency Alert button and your contact gets texted instantly.
