Verify property conditions, boundaries, approvals, quantities, and costs with the appropriate agencies, utilities, licensed professionals, and contractors before purchase, design, permitting, financing, or construction. SiteX includes parcel coverage nationwide; data availability varies by county. Planning and site-cost tools are currently available in 49 states; Hawaii is not yet supported for those features.
