This is really a review of the service rather than just the app—and it was outstanding. Booking an airport pickup was incredibly simple: I just selected the airport and entered my flight number, and everything else was taken care of automatically. The driver tracked my arrival, knew exactly which terminal I’d be at, and was waiting in Arrivals within 10 minutes of me landing. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish.
