The Path has proven to be an extremely invaluable tool in noticing my personal emotional patterns, and has allowed me to cut through to some core self realizations! It is helpful to have access to different ‘types’ of coaching, & while each AI therapist has a different approach, all help surface meaningful insights. This app will continue to play an important role in my personal development, and i would recommend it for anyone who’s looking for quality coaching but may not be able to afford the time or money a traditional approach requires.
