Log foods by favorite, search or scan barcode, food or receipe with AI analysis, and see an instant overview of the food quality using Nutri-Score, food processing level using NOVA, as well as calories, protein, fat, saturated fat, salt, carbs, fiber, and sugar in a simple dashboard. Optional Hydration tracker is built in, with fast water logging and a clear daily progress indicator.

The app guides you through a quick setup using your age, weight, height, gender, and activity level to suggest daily targets, which you can adjust at any time. Over time, you can explore trends over the last days, weeks or months and fine-tune your goals as you go.
