Your control: • You can edit profile information. • You can remove app permissions (Location, Photos, Microphone) in device settings. • You can request account/data deletion via support.

Account Deletion:

To ensure you have full control over your data, PetMe Health AI offers a feature to request account deletion. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps: • Go to Profile Settings within the app. • Click on the "Delete Account" option. • You will be asked to confirm the deletion of your account and data. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all information associated with your account will be permanently removed.

Alternatively, if you are unable to delete your account directly within the app, please contact our customer support team via the contact details provided in the Support section of the app. Our team will assist you in completing the account deletion process.
