Everyone needs at least one question a day that helps them look back on themselves. In Saemo, you can answer daily questions and wrap up your day with a short diary. Keep your writing private, or share it and organize your thoughts alongside different perspectives from people who answered the same question.

[Daily questions] When you do not know where to begin, a question gives you a small place to start. Answer 3 gentle prompts each day and put today's thoughts into words at your own pace.

[Today's Diary] Even an uneventful day can hold something worth keeping: a warm lunch, the air on the way home, a kind greeting. Write it down, add photos, and let the day close in your own words.

[Questions that meet you where you are] Browse prepared questions until one feels close to your current mood. From Lv.10, choose up to 3 questions to receive tomorrow. From Lv.20, suggest questions you hope others will answer too.
