Pioneer Helper is a simple, reliable app for Jehovah’s Witnesses to plan ministry time, track activity, and prepare monthly reports. It is designed for Auxiliary, Regular, and Special Pioneers.

PLAN YOUR MONTH Choose the days you plan to participate in the ministry and distribute your monthly hour goal across them. Adjust individual days in 15-minute increments, lock specific times before redistributing, and review saved past plans.

RECORD YOUR MINISTRY TIME Add hours and minutes manually or use the built-in timer. Start, pause, and stop a session as needed, with Live Activity support on compatible devices. Previous entries can be edited or deleted at any time.

FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS See monthly totals, carryover minutes, remaining hours, and whether you are ahead of or behind your expected pace. Review service-year statistics and monthly activity in one place.

TRACK ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Record Bible studies and, when applicable, credit hours for LDC, HLC, Bethel, schools, and other assignments.

PREPARE YOUR REPORT Generate a clear monthly summary and copy it when you are ready to submit or share your report.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Pioneer Helper has no advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated account system. Your records remain on your devices and in your private iCloud account when synchronization is enabled.
