I’ve always struggled with stretches of consistency followed by long periods of missed workouts and just inconsistent training. That’s just led to a lot of ups and downs in my fitness journey which has made it hard to reach my goals. But this app has changed that by holding me accountable on a weekly basis to both my lifts and my runs. The recovery tracking is underrated too, since that’s something I usually skip. It feels good to prioritize my fitness again. Also fun that I can connect with friends on it and compete on leaderboards.
