Local reminders Notifications remind you when your thinking time is over.

Privacy & control All data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. The app uses no own servers, no cloud, and no user account.

Automatic backups are handled exclusively by your device’s system services (e.g. iCloud) and are outside of ImpulStop’s control.

You stay in full control with optional backup and import features. Feedback and bug reports are voluntary and fully transparent.
