ZIVA is unique in Europe because it is the first platform to combine risk analysis, personalized prevention recommendations, and real-time alerts.

ZIVA is a practical tool for crisis preparedness that provides both information and guidance. It supports people through three pillars, which are now available for the first time through a single platform:

Pillar 1: Information: Includes a risk analysis and a comprehensive knowledge section. Pillar 2: Preparedness: Offers concrete guidance on personal preparedness. Pillar 3: Alerting: Provides functionality for emergencies to offer support during a crisis.

Comprehensive accessibility: The commitment to inclusion goes beyond technical implementation. Both the user interface and the content (messages) were reviewed for clarity and practicality in collaboration with affected organizations to make them “doubly accessible.” Content should be understandable, applicable, and relevant to the situation—even under stress. Content was developed in collaboration with approximately 100 organizations.
