You can filter by price, location, lifestyle, pets, lease length, furnished units, and more. When you are ready to apply, your rental resume helps you save your information and reuse it across listings.

If a landlord requests extra screening, you can choose to complete credit, background, and reference checks through SingleKey, our Canadian screening partner. You can also share one screening report with multiple landlords, so you do not have to keep paying again and again.

You do not need a SIN or a credit score to browse, match, or apply.

For Roommate Seekers

You can list your property for free with photos, amenities, rent, lease terms, and availability details. Applicants can share full profiles, opening messages, rental applications, and rental resumes, giving you more useful information before the conversation even starts.

When you need more confidence, you can request optional tenant screening directly from the chat.

You can manage multiple listings from one account, pause listings, or mark a unit as rented anytime.

NestEazy is built to make renting feel safer and more transparent.

Profiles go through identity verification powered by Persona. Optional tenant screening is powered by SingleKey, a trusted Canadian screening provider.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and NestEazy is designed with Canadian privacy expectations in mind, including PIPEDA aligned practices.

Launching in New Brunswick

NestEazy is launching across New Brunswick in Spring 2026, starting with Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, and Miramichi.

After launch, we plan to expand to other Canadian provinces.
