• Local backup: Export and import backup files to move your data when changing devices.
• App lock: Protect access to your diaries with a passcode and Face ID / Touch ID.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Diary content, photos and tags are kept locally on your device.
• We do not upload your private diaries to our own servers.
• We do not use your content for tracking, profiling or advertising.
• You stay in control of your data through system backup and in‑app local backup tools.

CutesNote offers an optional one‑time upgrade to Pro:

The upgrade is a one‑time purchase. Basic journaling features remain available for free.

Network Permission Usage

All core features (creating, viewing, searching entries, PDF export, local backup, etc.) work offline.
The app uses network access only when communicating securely with the App Store to validate purchase status. Your diary content and photos are not transmitted in this process.
