The animated “person” moves way too fast for a normal person, especially an older person. Should install option to allow user to slow video animation, if needed. Other than that, yes I enjoy using this app.

I’ve spent years trying different movement and massage techniques trying to feel and look better. After doing the Lymphia exercises consistently every morning for over a week, I can say these make a noticeable difference. I feel more awake, less stiff and sore, more spry, and I’ve noticed less swelling in my knees and ankles. The program is customizable—I only do seven minutes of seven different exercise each day. The app provides variation, so I’m not doing the same routine every day. If I have a mobility issue, I can ban certain movements.
