User Reviews

Users praise Fin as a capable GameCube/Wii emulator that generally runs games well and delivers a Dolphin-like feel, with Melee and other titles playable. However, recurring issues include game compatibility/graphics bugs (notably Brawl), input and controller problems, and lag or performance slowdowns on some devices or after updates. Overall it’s a strong start but needs fixes for smoother, more reliable play.
Pros
  • Great emulator that works well and meets user expectations.
  • Ability to play GameCube and Wii titles, including Melee, with solid playability.
  • Dolphin-like feel and nostalgic familiarity that users appreciate.
Cons
  • Graphical/compatibility bugs on several games, especially Super Smash Bros. Brawl (stretched textures) and New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
  • Controller and input issues: touch controls sometimes non-functional and Wii remote support problems (sideways orientation).
  • Lag and performance problems on certain devices or after updates.
