SUBSCRIPTIONS

The free plan includes up to 2 distinct new shipments per calendar month. Optional auto-renewing monthly subscriptions provide higher monthly shipment allowances and unlock professional PDF and Excel exports, notifications, and automatic reports.

Each distinct container number first tracked during a calendar month counts once toward that month’s allowance. Deleting a tracked container does not restore the allowance. Monthly allowances reset at the beginning of each new calendar month.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
