VITALS Log blood pressure, heart rate, weight, blood glucose, temperature, and oxygen (SpO2). See trends over 7, 30, or 90 days. On iPhone, you can bring in readings from Apple Health and Apple Watch.

CARE PLAN, REMINDERS & NOTES Build a care plan with recurring tasks. Add everyday reminders and to-dos. Keep timestamped care notes so nothing falls through the cracks between visits.

BILLING Optional auto-renewable subscriptions are offered in the app (monthly or yearly for My Life Plus). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings. Family Access is always free with an invitation.
