App Store Review – Login & Test Access Guide Application Overview Tunisia Promo – Travel App is the official mobile application of Tunisie Promo, a travel agency. The application is branded as Tunisie Promo (https://www.tunisiepromo.tn) ZenifyTrips is mentioned only as “Powered by ZenifyTrips”. The app allows customers who have already made a reservation to view and manage their travel details on mobile. Reservations are created: Via the official Tunisie Promo website, or Directly in physical Tunisie Promo agencies (in person) The mobile application itself does not handle payments or new bookings. Reservation & Voucher Concept After a reservation is completed (online or in agency), a voucher is created. A voucher contains: A voucher number (dossier number) One or more clients (travelers) All travel-related information: Flights Transfers Accommodations Included services Each client can associate one or multiple vouchers to their account. How Users Access Their Trip in the App Step 1 – Download the App The user downloads the Tunisia Promo – Travel App from the App Store. • • • • • • • • • 1 Step 2 – Create an Account The user can create an account using: First name Last name Email address Password Step 3 – Associate an Existing Voucher After login, the user can associate a voucher by entering: The name used during the reservation The Tour Operator (TIO) used to issue the voucher The voucher number (dossier number) Once validated, the app displays the list of clients included in that voucher. The user selects their own name to complete the association. Step 4 – View Travel Information After association, the user can view all trip details related to the voucher. Excursions The application displays available excursions. At this stage: Excursions are not booked directly in the app The user contacts their assigned guide in person to make a reservation
