These include OTP based logins, ability for retailers to invite clients to perform inspections, advanced Wheel & Tyre Inspection workflows, detailed Interior Damage Assessments, and integrated 3rd Party Vehicle Lookup services to streamline evaluation and decision-making processes for the retailer.

Here the word "Client" refers to the customer of a "retailer" i.e a car owner, who has purchased a car from the retailer.
