Trainity - A Digital Physical Literacy Program & Ecosystem for Sports and Life

Trainity is a digital physical literacy curriculum and ecosystem designed to systematise how physical capability is developed progressively, delivered, measured, and sustained within institutions and beyond. It enables institutions to move from activity-based physical education to a structured, longitudinal developmental journey.

Built on the universal movement fundamentals of Run, Jump, and Throw—the building blocks of all sport and physical activity—Trainity delivers a globally aligned, progressive curriculum that develops movement competence, confidence, and motivation for lifelong participation in sport and physical activity.

Inspired by Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles and authored by a Level 5 (highest level) coach aligned with World Athletics and USA Track & Field, Trainity prioritises age-appropriate progression, skill before specialisation, and long-term health over early performance.

Trainity is designed to work seamlessly with existing institutional infrastructure, requiring no additional space or human resources. Delivered through current instructors and integrated into institutional schedules, it combines curriculum, assessment, certification, and digital insights into one coherent system—elevating physical education to the same level of rigour and visibility as academic disciplines.
