Konia helps triathlon, running, cycling, and swimming clubs organise trainings, coordinate races, manage memberships, and keep every member in the loop. Structured workouts even go straight to your Apple Watch.

CREATE OR JOIN A CLUB:

• Create your club in seconds, or join one with an invite code. With family accounts, parents register their children from their own profile. New members get a short guided tour.

PLAN TRAININGS:

• Schedule sessions with every detail: date, time, place, sport, equipment, and route files. Add structured workouts (warm-up, intervals, recovery), in a pool or open water. Members sign up with one tap or mark themselves as not coming. Coaches save templates and can cancel or reactivate a session with a tap. Sessions can also be free-time, for whenever it suits each member.

YOUR TRAININGS ON APPLE WATCH:

• Send a training's structured workout straight to your Apple Watch. It lands in the Workout app with intervals, distances, durations, and pace targets, and appears automatically on the training day. Multisport sessions include automatic transitions, and coach notes show as step names (iOS 18 and later).

COORDINATE CLUB RACES:

• Track upcoming races, see who is taking part, and organise the trip: meeting points, accommodation, and departure times. Afterwards, members log their time, position, and category on a shared leaderboard.

STAY CONNECTED:

• Post announcements with photo galleries, polls, and attachments in the club feed, aimed at specific training groups. Members react, comment, and get notifications for their groups. Messages keeps conversations out of the public feed: coaches write to a whole group, and any member can start a private 1:1 chat.

MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS & DOCUMENTS:

• Choose which documents your club collects (medical certificate, licence, waiver). Members upload their own with optional expiry dates, and coaches see what is valid, expiring, or missing. Track renewals and payment status with automatic email reminders. Members can pay their dues by card in the app, with the money going straight to your club's bank account. From a computer, the Coach Web Portal adds a full members table plus CSV import and export.

STATS & CLUB CALENDAR:

Follow your activity over 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year, with personal streaks and insights for coaches. Subscribe to the club calendar to pull trainings and races into your own, always in sync.
